whistle to get some service. "Wet your whistle" is the phrase inspired by
this practice.

I tried licking my elbow, got close to 3cm..lol! Did ya know that people under 20 can hear more sounds than people over 20? Once in the US they gave out a sound through one of the mall speakers & teenagers were so annoyed by it they left!But the adults didnt hear a thing!
